  • You keep saying the websites are printer friendly. What's that all about?

For an Auctioneer or Estate Agent, it is important that potential clients are able to print property listings from your website.
People often want to reflect or compare properties later at their leisure, or together with their partner.
Not all users will have modern printers, and not many wish to exhaust their ink supplies printing off colourful webpages.
Normally, we make use of alternative style features for print media which avoid background colours, and may ignore unwanted parts of the webpage.
We do have clients who print the listings from their own websites and have them on the counter in their practice.
Saves doubling up on administration work.

  • Why are these sites so well optimised for search engine listings?

Every property you add to the website will result in an additional unique web page highly optimised for different search words and phrases. We continually monitor the performance of all client websites.
